The Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project will be at Milford Library on October 6 at 11am for a cooking demonstration that will feature some of the most loved dishes in Korean cuisine. This demonstration will feature bulgogi (beef marinated in soy sauce), bibimbap (rice and vegetables), kimchi salad, and dubu jorim (pan fried tofu). Short videos about Korea will be shown, and Koreans in native dress will be preparing and serving a delicious lunch.
