Hello Inspired Souls! Let me just say YEA!!! it warms my heart today to think about our up coming magical trip. The house is simple, the air is clean and quiet. The history of the place does something special to people who visit. So get ready to fill your cup. The community is full of artisans, fisherman, lobsterman, bread makers, writers and Maine folk who are tough as nails and honest as apple pie. The drive is long but as you rack up the miles you will feel the cords of worry stretch and start to unravel. Stop along the way for a lobster roll, homemade ice cream or one of those weird skinny red hot dogs… I don’t know why Maine hot dogs are bright red! very strange…  I often stop at the Farnsworth Museum, the 24 hour L.L. Bean store or the city of Portland Maine to have a meal and walk around. My plan is to work with the tides and the weather. Spending time getting nurtured and healed by the sea and rocks. You are always free to join in anything I’m going to do or to do what ever your heart needs in the moment!  I will buy food and we can make most meals together. I am bringing my juicer and will make some green juices of local greens for us to share. Please BYOB and anything else you want.  (I am loving french rose’s these days and love to try the craft beers). I will plan a few outings to galleries, farms, historic sites and vistas to watch the sunset & rise. I have my favorite beaches, home made jelly shops and goat cheese farms that I will share with you. There is an amazing coffee roaster we can go to (44 North), a theater (The Opera House), Hay Stack Mountain Craft Center and a few local farmer markets that sell out so we must jump on those. The best one on Friday morning, we can visit it before we depart to bring home any homemade Maine goodies of artisan made cheese bread or even lobsters. I will be doing a casual yoga- movement/dance each morning with meditation twice a day you can join in on or not.  Missy and I will both be making art and we will show you our methods! Even people who don’t usually make art enjoy the process we choose. I love Microns. Black and Brown, and Watercolors for using as we sit on the rocks with Ocean water.  No pressure here. You will see! No experience needed. Canoes & kayaking right off the back property at high tide. I think there are two Kayaks and one Canoe. I am planning on doing some energy healing sessions this year too if anyone wants one let me know. we can schedule it.
