Are you at a crossroads, or dealing with an issue that lacks clarity and resolution? Are you feeling constrained by not fully acknowledging and utilizing your talents? Do you keep waiting for joy and happiness to find you?  Far too many of us have been driven by an internal voice that pushes, criticizes and incessantly reminds us of our shortcomings and missed opportunities. The cost of this habit is that we cannot come home to ourselves and find a warm, loving and safe refuge within.   Join us as we navigate the science-based map that transforms the destructive inner critic into a nurturing coach who helps us thrive and grow.  We will use meditation, guided self-inquiry, and silent reflection interspersed with experiential learning to metabolize the insights within the retreat.   This journey takes place in a safe and supportive environment for beginners and those on a well-worn path of self-inquiry.  It’s time to reduce stress and anxiety and make room for joy and ease—thus making this a better world, starting with our self.
