Die Into Ecstasy is  a guided meditation to experience the death of your body and mind. This practice is based in Buddhist tradition and is similar to yoga nidra. A sound bath will fill our senses and reconstitute our vision. You will have the opportunity to consciously re-inhabit your body, through somatic awakening and gentle body movements, in full appreciation of the temple that it is  .   These practices bring us closer to what we’re  doing on earth - we’re visitors here for a brief flicker of time.  We’re given incredible opportunities to explore and yet we often forget how much there is we can explore and how far we can expand !  Let's gather to remember together. By reminding ourselves of our death we can more fully appreciate our bodies, and thus more fully expand into our limitless potential.  Death meditation helps us to remember our power and the precious value of life. Join us for a night of exploration and remembrance.  Wear comfortable, warm clothing, and bring a yoga mat, blanket and journal for reflections.   Meditation offered by: Nicole Heidbreder Magical Sound Bath offered by: Heather Honstein Movement Based Exploration offered by: Atticus Mooney

One hour to find your peace. What is Meditation? Meditation is the delicate art of doing nothing and letting go of all the efforts to relax into your true nature which is love, joy, and peace. Meditation is that which gives you deep rest. The rest in meditation is deeper than the deepest sleep that you can ever have. When the mind becomes free from agitation, is calm and serene and at peace, meditation happens. The benefits of meditation are manifold. It is an essential practice for mental hygiene. A calm mind, good concentration, clarity of perception, improvement in communication, blossoming of skills and talents, an unshakable inner strength, healing, the ability to connect to an inner source of energy, relaxation, rejuvenation, and good luck are all-natural results of meditating regularly. In today's world where stress catches on faster than the eye can see or the mind can perceive, meditation is no more a luxury. It is a necessity. To be unconditionally happy and to have peace of mind, we need to tap into the power of meditation. Commonly reported benefits include: Mental Clarity Increased Energy Better Physical Health Improved Relationships Greater Peace of Mind
